with lazy bones on full display.

Heat feels great on his bony face
freckled illusions bob and race.
The breeze and sunlight interlace
a flawless place, a flawless place.

He’ll sit awhile and cool his feet
no need to move, no need to eat.
He is dead tired, so he won’t greet
